Sound Bed Healings (Musical Scores)
Sound Healing is founded on the premise that all matter is vibrating at specific frequencies, find the right frequency and you may heal from any of your health challenges. A key aspect of sound healing providing a variety of sound healing frequencies. Musical scores generated by certain musical instruments provide many natural frequencies for the body to heal physically and emotionally. They contain frequencies of particular resonance that floods our brain with feel-good hormones like dopamine and oxytocin.
My Sound bed has been personally built for this purpose. It is constructed from natural timbers and padded with natural wools to contour to your body. It comprises eight (8) efficient and high quality PA speakers affixed to the base of the bed.
Sound healing is no longer really considered an alternative approach to well-being and it is also a modality that I use in conjunction with a Reiki Healing session.
